Working as Design Engineer

Responsibilities as Design Manager are:

To oversee All product & manufacturing design activities at the company.
To lead a team of design engineers to achieve timely completion of product design and manufacturing planning activities.
To learn and grow, a solid understanding of design methodologies and software, and management capabilities are critical for this position.
Conduct R&D for design requirements
Draw 3D models and generate manufacturing drawings
Generate BOMs, develop inhouse specifications, Identify Production Requirements
 Design Production Documentation, issue design, and details.
 Planning and scheduling of department tasks and activities and Assessment of team.

Additionally responsible for ADOS Pakistan, API 6A product designing, modeling, and drafting for production

Worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for the project of • Modelling Evaporative Condenser, Evaporator. Pressure Vessels, Oil separators, and industrial Products related to the Cold And Ice manufacturing Stores • Provide the fabricators with all the details about the fabrication. • 2D drawings of the complex models • Generate bill of Material for the purchasing of the parts. • Communicate with other engineers for productive and efficient Designing.

Making mechanical Design using necessary tools and programs,
• Responsible for the reverse engineering of automotive parts like chassis, suspension, frame, etc.
• To prepare, publish, update drawings of reverse-engineered products at all stages to ensure compliance with product standards and techniques.
• Performing initial designing, prototyping, and fabrication of products as well as testing the product according to the design requirements.
• Designing cooling coils, battery modules, and battery packs, etc for the study purpose including static, thermal, and crash tests.
• Performing CFD analysis of the conceptual design to check the design requirement like drag force, motor torques, forces acting on the car, etc.
• Motor Designing, analysis, simulation using different software i.e. Matlab, Motor-XP, ANSYS Maxwell(RMxprt), etc.
